The Next Picture Show presents the 19th Regional Survey of Art, the longest-running and most popular art exhibit at TNPS since our opening in 2004.

Rock River Valley artists celebrated

The Regional Survey of Art Show focuses on the work of area artists and seeks to identify current trends in the Rock River Valley art world. In the past years, this show has juried 90+ pieces of artwork. The show features 2D and 3D media.

Guest Judge

We are honored to have Robert Krajecki judge the 19th Regional Survey of Art. Robert’s background includes studies at the Chicago Academy of Fine Art and graduating from the American Academy of Art in Chicago. Robert has also been a full-time instructor for Fundamentals of Drawing and Painting at the American Academy of Art. He has also served as an instructor at the prestigious Palette & Chisel Academy in Chicago.

Opening reception

The exhibit is open for viewing on January 11, followed by a reception and awards presentation on Friday, Jan. 12, from 6-8 p.m.

Hours

Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are open by appointment if you want to see the exhibit at another time.
